The Role & What You Will Be Doing
The Digital Marketing Assistant supports the marketing team by executing various tasks to enhance the company’s online presence and marketing strategies. This role involves content creation, market research, data analysis, and administrative support.

Massmails Creation and distribution: by usage of internal programmes e.g. SFMS. Creation in an online editor, including layout design and content adaptation.Content management and graphic design for an informational portal for healthcare professionals.Communication and briefing of the international team regarding graphic material adjustments.Basic graphic editing (knowledge of Canva is required).Uploading materials into the internal approval workflow in Veeva Vault.Support marketing team with digital and graphical inquiriesWrite and schedule posts for social media, blogs, and email campaigns.Manage emails, update databases, and organize digital files.Conduct research on market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.Assist with search engine optimization (SEO) and search engine marketing (SEM) efforts.Analyse website and social media metrics to inform marketing strategies and report on campaign performance.Respond to customer inquiries via email or social media.Assist in the creation and management of digital advertising campaigns.Update and maintain the company website, ensuring SEO optimization.Help organize and coordinate marketing events and promotional activities.Assist in the creation and editing of digital content such as blog posts, videos, and other media.About Your Skills & Experience
For this role, we’re looking for a candidate who has an effective combination of the following qualifications, skills and experiences:
