What you’ll doThis role is within the Digital VNO (Vodafone Network Operations) department, part of one of Vodafone’s most challenging initiatives. The primary goal is to automate Network Operations processes as much as possible, thereby reducing human effort in repetitive tasks through error-free automations. This includes designing web and mobile applications to enhance usability and minimize clicks for end users, with the support of data science, where applicable.
Our ambition is to leverage cutting-edge technologies to deliver the best products for our internal Network Operations customers. The Digital Field and Innovation team focuses on deploying web and mobile applications to automate field and change management activities, experimenting with innovative approaches such as coding with the support of Gen AI and applying machine learning to maximize automation potential.
The IT Digital Architect Lead is responsible for providing strategic direction and overseeing the high-level system architecture for Digital and ZTO Team – Operational Tools Area. This role plays a critical part in ensuring that our technology solutions align with organizational goals, are scalable, and maintain architectural integrity.
