We’re looking for a Digital Analyst to join our growing European Digital team. In this role, you'll help us understand how users interact with our digital platforms from marketing campaigns to website journeys and e-commerce performance. You will partner closely with analytics, marketing, content, and merchandising teams to drive data-informed decisions.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong analytical skills who wants to grow into a well-rounded digital analyst with exposure to a broad range of business functions and tools.
Key Responsibilities
Track and analyze digital performance across websites, campaigns, and e-commerce using GA4 and related tools
Build and maintain dashboards and recurring reports (e.g., traffic, conversion, ROAS, return rates) in Looker Studio or similar platforms
Evaluate campaign and content performance, including A/B test results and product launch impact
Collaborate with developers and GTM owners to support tracking implementation and QA
Conduct exploratory and ad hoc analyses to uncover insights and support business decisions
Align with marketing, e-commerce, and product teams to harmonize KPIs and reporting standards across markets
Your Profile
Relevant experience in a digital/data analytics or marketing analytics role
Proficiency in Google Analytics 4
Solid knowledge of Excel; experience with SQL, Looker Studio, Tableau, or similar tools is a plus
Understanding of website KPIs, e-commerce funnel metrics, and campaign reporting basics
Strong attention to detail and an interest in translating data into clear, actionable recommendations
Curious, self-motivated, and eager to work across teams and platforms
Nice to Have
Experience with A/B testing tools (e.g., Monetate, Google Optimize)
Familiarity with marketing platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads) and basic attribution concepts
Interest in Python or R for ad hoc analysis or automation
Experience in retail or e-commerce
