The User Support Lead Digital Workplace & Collaboration Transformation will lead change management and adoption initiatives, with a primary focus on the rapidly growing and evolving field of GenAI. This technology is a game changer for collaboration and personal productivity, aiming to maximize its impact on PMI end users' efficiency. The scope includes GenAI products such as Microsoft 365 Copilot Chat, MS 365 Copilot, and Copilot Agents, as well as other DW&C tools like Power Automate, MS Teams, Outlook, and more. We aim to upskill and empower our end users in the areas of GenAI, automation, and collaboration to ensure they can be successful in delivering a smoke-free future.
Your ‘day to day’
Strategic Adoption & Change Management: Lead and execute the adoption and change management plan, effective onboarding of 40,000 end users in the use of GenAI for collaboration & personal productivity and Digital Work & Collaboration tools and servicesInnovative Upskilling: Stay current with the latest trends and technologies in AI and Digital Work & Collaboration tools to maintain and support functional use cases.Targeted Use Cases: Collect use cases to develop appropriate prompts for AI tools (e.g., Copilot, Copilot Agents) to enhance functional efficiency.Community Management: Drive and expand the Digital Work & Collaboration Champions community (approximately 700 members) as well as Copilot communities (approx. 3,000 members) through various change management activities to promote Digital Work & Collaboration tools Strategic Training Implementation: Develop and implement training strategies for Digital Work & Collaboration tools and services Stakeholder Engagement: Build and manage strategic relationships with key stakeholders, leadership board to harmonize change management Supporting Materials Alignment: Ensure the Digital Work & Collaboration site is AI-ready and up-to date to be aligned with the adoption and change management strategy.
Who we’re looking for
Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications are a plusProven Leadership: Extensive experience in IT change management, ideally within large, complex organizationsTechnical Proficiency: In-depth knowledge of DW&C tools (MS365 including Copilot) and Generative AI technologies, with the ability to leverage them for transformative impactExceptional Communication: Superior communication skills, capable of inspiring and influencing diverse audiences at all levels and translating technical language into user languageStrategic Vision: Ability to develop and execute visionary training and change management strategies that drive organizational success Project Management: Strong project management skills, with a track record of successfully leading and delivering change initiatives on timeAdaptability: Demonstrated ability to adapt to changing circumstances and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentCollaboration: Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and build consensus among stakeholdersFast Learner: Curious and able to keep up with continuously evolving technologies. Self-learner and eager to take on new challenges.
