The Digital & AI Performance Management Analyst supports the implementation of Convatec’s performance management framework across the Digital & AI organization. Working closely with the Performance Management Lead, IT leadership, and process owners, the Analyst will contribute to defining KPIs, automating reporting workflows, and analyzing performance data to drive continuous improvement. This role offers strong development potential for professionals looking to deepen their expertise in data-driven IT service management, business intelligence, and performance optimization in a global, innovation-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities
Support Performance Measurement Framework:
Contribute to the design and maintenance of IT performance measurement processes aligned with ITIL best practices and the Target Operating Model.
Assist in defining and maintaining KPIs that reflect the performance of IT services and support strategic alignment.
Reporting Automation & Data Integrity:
Support the evolution of manual reporting into automated dashboards using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar.
Assist in integrating data from ITSM and related platforms to ensure accuracy and consistency in reporting outputs.
Continuous Improvement Support:
Participate in performance reviews and help identify gaps or trends that may indicate opportunities for improvement.
Contribute to the maintenance of the Continual Improvement Register and assist in implementing process enhancements under the guidance of senior staff.
Stakeholder Engagement & Performance Reporting:
Work with IT operations, service owners, and other stakeholders to ensure performance data meets operational and reporting needs.
Tailor reports and visualizations to specific audiences, contributing to regular review sessions with actionable insights.
Adoption of Best Practices & Innovation:
Stay informed on emerging tools and trends in IT performance management and support their evaluation or adoption where relevant.
Assist in the application of predictive analytics to enhance reporting and forecasting capabilities over time.
Decision-making & Signatory Rights:
The role operates with autonomy in defined areas such as dashboard creation and routine data analysis.
Major process or system changes will require review and approval from the line manager. No formal signatory rights.
Key Requirements
Experience:
1–3 years of experience in IT performance reporting, KPI management, or business intelligence in an IT or digital environment.
Exposure to ITSM platforms and participation in performance improvement or reporting initiatives.
Technical Proficiency:
Familiarity with ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira) and hands-on experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
Working knowledge of ITIL principles, KPI frameworks, and basic continuous improvement concepts.
Collaboration & Communication:
Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills; able to collaborate effectively across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Ability to present data in a clear and structured way using visual storytelling and concise reporting.

Education/ Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field.
ITIL Foundation certification preferred (v3 or v4); additional ITSM training is a plus.
Training or certification in data analytics or visualization (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) desirable.
Experience in a global or matrixed environment beneficial but not required
Travel Requirements
Occasional travel may be required for cross-functional meetings, industry events, or strategic meetings and reviews.
