We offer a collaborative, supportive, and inclusive culture that values your growth — whether that’s through mentoring, training or gaining professional certifications. **What we will be looking for you to demonstrate…** + A broad understanding of digital consultancy and transformation, including how technology and data can drive business improvement and innovation. + Experience developing and delivering digital proof of concepts, MVPs, or prototypes, with a hands-on approach to testing ideas and gathering feedback. + Confidence working with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders, including facilitation of workshops and presenting back insights and recommendations. + Ability to conduct business analysis and define user and system requirements using recognised tools and approaches. + Familiarity with tools such as Power Platform, or low-code development platforms is advantageous. + Understanding of agile or iterative delivery methodologies. + Ability to clearly and effectively communicate complex information both verbally and in writing. + Willingness and ability to travel to client offices or sites as required.
