Seeking a data-driven digital marketer with a strong focus on performance and ROI. We’re looking for a confident and capable marketing professional to step into a 12-month maternity leave cover role, driving direct-response digital campaigns across the UK and Europe for a global healthcare brand

Let’s talk about Responsibilities

Plan, implement, and evaluat digital marketing campaigns and activities based on overarching marketing strategies (focus is the Europe and UK market) with an emphasis on return on investment Analysis and optimization of digital marketing initiatives to enhance performance and make data-led decisions, while considering specific requirements and regulations in the healthcare industry Provide consultation, creative support, and effective collaboration on multimedia campaigns with a view to driving return on marketing investment Manage and coordinate digital marketing activites including implementation, ongoing optimization, monitoring, and reporting based on measurable objectives. Cooperate and coordinate with relevant marketing and cross-functional teams including agencies and platform partners Data-driven control and execution of global activities within budget and timeline constraintsCoordination with experts in different areasIdentification of new trends and current developments and apply theseto address the needs of target audiencesSharing global best practices with consumer marketing teams and integrating innovative solutions into the marketing strategyEnsuring compliance with data protection regulations, industry regulations and internal data privacy policies in all digital marketing activities 

Let’s talk about Qualifications and Experience

Bachelor’s degree (Business or Marketing education) Minimum of 5 years of related experience (Digital Marketing or related field) E-commerce experience and a strong understanding of the channel as a sales driver are considered a significant advantageUnderstanding of health care industry regulations as it relates to advertising and Marketing favouredProduct knowledge desirableProficient in Microsoft tools and in Google suite including Search Engine Advertising (SEA)Minimum requirement of a European language and English to a conversational levelExperience with Affiliate marketing sort but not essentialExperience working in a Global team structure preferred but not essential
