We have a lot of fun — we’re constantly looking at reinventing how we’re connecting with each other. **Overview** **About the role:** This is an incredible opportunity to join Zenith as a **Digital Activation Manager.** You might be an established Digital Manager or a driven Senior Digital Executive who has a successful track record of handling accounts proactively and are ready to take your next step. You will have the opportunity to drive help the day to day running of 3 accounts, and partner with innovative clients/brands within various categories including a well-loved challenger supermarket, a global fashion brand, and an innovation financial services client. This is an opportunity to upskill in all digital performance channels, enhancing your existing bank of digital knowledge. You will consult with client planning teams on digital media plans, and lead media negotiation and activation of best-in-class campaigns across paid social, search and programmatic display. This role offers a career building opportunity that will broaden your scope for creative and strategic thinking, as well as harnessing your digital expertise to activate and put new ideas to test. Agility, strong client service, and team management skills are critical in this role. You will manage the workloads, outputs and development of junior team members, and support with trouble shooting. You will work within a wonderfully supportive team to integrate the digital offering seamlessly into the media plan on a mix of brand and performance campaigns. The partnership you form with the Digital Director will ensure seamless process, output and efficiencies, whilst your informed perspective and recommendations will help our planning team deliver exceptional client service. **What You Will Do With Us** + Team management – you will be responsible for managing workflow; training junior team members to ensure all campaign set up/optimisations/reporting and finance are completed to deadline. You’ll set a positive example for your team and play an important role in their coaching and development, inspiring them to deliver + Working closely with the Digital Director to help guide digital strategy + Implementation of client accounts and overseeing all campaign performance with the support of the Executive and Co-ordinator + Craft expertise – leading optimisation decisions, and mentoring the team in the application of optimisations + Client contact – acting as the day-to-day client team and client contact across performance channels + Helping to drive negotiations and coaching team in negotiating, making sure value is always sought and utilised + Supporting planning team in delivering best in market implementation planning responses: well-considered, argued, and answers the marketing challenge. You look to innovate where possible, however are capable of nailing the fundamentals + Financial and invoice management - billing and reporting on spends with upmost accuracy, and utilising deals and commercial opportunities correctly + Creating a positive relationship with key media owners and agency village. Ensuring utilisation of briefing templates and feedback is delivered in a timely manner **What you’re looking for** + A supportive and collaborative culture + Clients who are open to be challenged and working progressively + Fulfil your career ambitions in a business large enough to accommodate them - we have one of the finest mobility programs GLOBALLY! **What You Will Bring** + Minimum 4 years’ experience in the media agency and/or digital marketing role + Competent in digital buying fundamentals and relevant digital tools + Demonstrate a solid understanding of Australian digital media + Excellent experience in media planning and activation – including plan creation and management and forecasting – across digital/performance media channels + Ad server set up and trafficking (CM360/Flashtalking/etc.) experience + Good knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Meta Blueprint Certification, GA Analytics and DV360 + BCC training, proficiency in spot entry, knowledge of correct digital codes to use, and ability to run Expenditure/Invoice reports + Excellent knowledge of implementation tools: audience insight, PowerPoint, Excel, trafficking, reporting, billing + Team management skills – mentor, coach, task manage and quality control work from the junior members of the team.
