We’d love to meet you. **Overview** The purpose of the Digital Activation Executive is to nurture the next line of talent within Spark Foundry’s Digital Activation team with a focus on delivering best in class solutions for clients. This role is responsible for the delivery of programmatic and social media campaigns across tier 2 & 3 clients. They will work closely with the Digital Director to actively manage client campaigns and communications, such as delivering client WIPs/business reviews, as well as assisting the Digital Activation Manager with client presentations & recommendations, quarterly business reviews & brief recommendations for tier 1 clients. The Digital Activation Executive supports with team development, training and day to day output management of the Coordinators whilst still delivering a high standard of client management and technical ability in an autonomous manner. **KEY OUTPUTS** Campaign Implementation Full ownership of day-to-day workflow on tier 2 & 3 clients, engaging Managers when required in a timely fashion, ensuring no basic errors. This includes: + Reviewing client briefs and building digital media recommendations that achieve the best client outcomes. + Smooth implementation and delivery of campaigns within Social ads, such as Facebook (META) Snapchat, TikTok etc. + Accurate and timely reporting, with the development of clear insights and recommendations. + Implementation of optimisations and ensuring campaigns deliver against client KPIs. + Full responsibility for the accuracy of implementation of coordinators within your team. Team & Communication + Developing strong working relationships with: + Immediate team and wider digital activation team. + Manager: ability to manage upwards when required. + Coordinators: supporting in their development and ensuring the accuracy of their output. + Internal client teams: effectively supporting them and managing expectations. + Excellent communication skills with close monitoring & escalation of issues in a timely manner. + Sharing of knowledge, innovations and insights with the wider team. Client + Timely and professional client communication. 24 hour maximum turnaround on e-mails, with a courtesy response on all that require additional time. + Leading tier 2/3 client presentations, meetings and WIPs. Ensuring accurate minutes and providing contact reports. + Works autonomously to meet client objectives & deliverables via innovation. + Full ownership of tier 2 & 3 client roadmaps. Assisting on tier 1. Administration + Monthly budgets are loaded with accuracy + Full responsibility for monthly invoicing ensuring no errors and timely completion. **SKILLS & EXPERIENCE** + Strong understanding and working knowledge of Search Engine and Social Media marketing. + Relevant Programmatic and/or Social marketing experience. + Competent understanding and working knowledge of Australian media landscape. + Technical skills: SA360, DV360 Google Ads, Campaign Manager, Meta Ads (basics) + Strong capability in the analysis and manipulation of data, insight gathering and reporting. \#LI-FD1 **Additional information** Publicis Groupe benefits: Be a part of the Publicis Groupe family, recent winner of the Employer of Choice Awards and one of the world's most progressive and dynamic modern communications businesses.
