We are seeking a motivated Digital Account Executive with an interest in financial communications to join our team in New York. In this role, you’ll gain hands-on experience supporting a variety of digital initiatives, including content development, social media (organic and paid), performance tracking (KPIs), digital monitoring, digital project coordination, and online community engagement. We’re looking for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, is energized by complex challenges, and thinks creatively on behalf of clients.ResponsibilitiesCraft persuasive, engaging copy for corporate and executive social media channelsSupport account management efforts and help maintain high quality across all deliverablesAssist in developing strategies, content calendars, and integrated communication plansContribute digital best practices to broader public relations initiativesMonitor social media platforms and assist in compiling performance reports and insightsCollaborate cross-functionally with paid media, design, and technology teams to execute campaignsStay current on digital trends and provide actionable insights to enhance client programsAssist in coordinating and managing relationships with vendors and external partnersSupport internal project operations by helping track deadlines, budgets, and deliverablesContribute to account growth by identifying opportunities to expand capabilities and value for clientsChampion Edelman’s values and actively contribute to a collaborative, inclusive team environmentBasic QualificationsBachelor’s degree or equivalent experienceAt least 1 year of experience in digital marketing, public relations, social media, or a related field Preferred QualificationsStrong writing, editing, and content development skillsFamiliarity with major social media platforms and analytics tools (e.g., Meltwater, Brandwatch, Google Analytics, Semrush, Similarweb, etc.)Proven ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively across teamsExcellent communication skills and high attention to detailInterest or experience in financial services, asset management, or crisis communications is a plus$56,000 - $70,000 a yearAn employee’s pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, travel requirements, revenue-based metrics, any contractual agreements, and business or organizational needs. The range listed is just one component of DJEH’s total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, a Paid Time Off policy, and region-specific benefits.
