WPHL-TV (Philadelphia) / Nexstar Broadcasting Inc. (the largest locally owned media company in the United States) is looking for a Digital Account Executive in the #5 DMA in the country. You will help local businesses realize growth opportunities by introducing them to compelling targeted messaging through customized advertising solutions. Our cross-screen marketing approach includes digital platforms Weather.com, CTV/OTT, video, search, social, digital display as well as broadcast television including The CW, NASCAR, ACC Basketball/Football, Inside the NFL, WWE:NXT and much more. Account Executives have a flexible work environment at WPHL.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Ensuring all individual budget goals are met by using WPHL/Nexstar Advertising products to prospect, develop, maintain and grow your account/revenue baseProspecting and generating new digital businessCultivating new relationships and strengthening current relationships with local direct clientsIdentifying the needs and expectations of clientsPreparing and presenting customized solution-based sales presentations to meet client needs and KPIsConsulting with sales management and other departments on opportunities and specific needs of clientsExecuting sold campaigns ensuring campaigns deliver as promisedMerchandising and reporting back to clients on campaign success and KPI deliveryRFP and pricing and planning process, to provide sellable digital media proposals to agencies and direct advertisersManage live campaigns by monitoring pacing and deliveryRequirements & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree with at least 2 years selling experience, preferably in Digital and/or televisionKnowledge of digital advertising products and effective use for meeting client’s business needs. Products include Display, Pre-roll, CTV/OTT, email, social and SEM/SEO.Motivated, enthusiastic, self-starter who can work effectively both independently and collaborating in a team environmentEffective communication and client presentation skills with the ability to interact with high-level decision makersAbility to execute in an organization through collaboration and a consultative processExcellent follow-up, strong organizational skills and attention to detailProven ability to meet and exceed sales goalsMicrosoft Suite required
