**Overview**
We’re looking for a **Digital Account Director** to join the team on a recent global FMCG win — a brand with big ambitions and a serious appetite for digital transformation.
You’ll sit at the heart of a central strategy and planning team, helping to shape and scale best-in-class digital practices across multiple markets. From annual planning frameworks and toolkit development to tech stack governance, first-party data strategies and innovation projects — this is a role with real breadth, impact, and visibility.

🧠 **What you’ll do**
+ Build and deliver global digital media strategies, frameworks and campaign playbooks
+ Lead the development of audience strategies, measurement KPIs and creative asset recommendations
+ Partner with global and category leads to drive consistency, efficiency and innovation
+ Ensure taxonomy, ad tech and governance practices are upheld across markets
+ Identify new opportunities for innovation (AI, automation, data enrichment, etc.)
+ Act as the go-to digital expert across the account and agency
🤝 **Who you’ll work with**
+ Category Digital Marketing Leads and Global Media clients
+ Internal Strategy Directors, Account Directors and activation teams
+ Ad Ops, reporting, and data specialists
+ Other digital leaders across the agency to share learnings and raise the bar
💼 **What we’re looking for**
+ A proven track record in digital strategy and cross-market planning
+ Experience building global or regional digital frameworks and playbooks
+ Strong client management skills and ability to influence at senior levels
+ Confidence in data strategy, digital measurement, and martech governance
+ Hands-on experience in activation or platform execution is a bonus
+ Line management or mentoring experience — you’ll be leading and coaching others
+ A collaborative mindset and passion for doing smart, structured and forward-thinking work
