Dietitian - PACE/Elderplace

$10,000 hiring bonus for eligible external candidates that meet required qualifications and conditions for payment.

This position will be working weekdays on day shift.

The Dietitian provides nutrition assessment, counseling, and planning upon inter-disciplinary team (IDT) referral for participants identified as being at nutritional risk according to established screening protocol or as ordered by physician. Monitor and document the participant's response to mode of nutritional therapy used.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Nutrition orBachelor's Degree in Field other than Nutrition, with Didactic Program in Dietetics (DPD) and Coursework/Training: Coordinated Program in Dietetics Completed an Accreditation Council for Education in Nutrition and Dietetics (ACEND) – accredited supervised practice: Dietetic Internship Program or Individual Supervised Practice PathwayWithin 6 months (180 days) of hire: Washington Dietitian Certification orWithin 6 months (180 days) of hire: Washington Nutritionist Certification Upon hire: National CDR Registered Dietitian - Commission on Dietetic Registration

Preferred Qualifications:

Master's Degree in Nutrition or other related field1 year Clinical dietitian working with a geriatric population
