SUMMARY:

The Dietitian, Registered (RD) completes all required nutritional assessments and documentation
according to state and federal regulations. The RD works with the Campus Director of Nutrition Services
to provide nutritional expertise and dietary oversight from a clinical standpoint to the facility kitchen
operations.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS:

Education, Experience and Credentials

- Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition or Dietetics, plus completion of the required program and internship, and passing score on Registered Dietitian Examination by the Commission on Dietetic Registration required.
- Current licensure as a Registered Dietitian in the State of Minnesota.
- One or more year of experience in a large-scale institution or healthcare food service working in a Dietitian position or a similar environment required.
- ServSafe or other similar national food safety certification preferred.
- Must maintain all appropriate registrations, licensure, continuing education credits, or other such requirements in good standing as needed to maintain employment.

Compensation: An individual's pay rate within the posted range may be determined by various factors, including skills, knowledge, relevant education, experience, and market conditions. Additionally, our organization prioritizes pay equity and considers internal team equity when making any offer. Hiring at the maximum of the range is not typical. Shift and/or other differentials may be available to increase your pay rate for certain shifts or work.
