Dietary /Tray Line Supervisor – St. Francis Hospital
Schedule: Days – 6:00 a.m. – 2:30 p.m. (Position requirement of weekend rotation included in the 7 day/week coverage)

Reports to: Sr. General Manager, Food and Nutrition Services
Position Purpose:
St. Francis Hospital, a member of Trinity Health Mid Atlantic is looking for an experienced Dietary/Tray Line Supervisor to join our team!
What You Will Do:
The Food Service Supervisor responsibilities include but are not limited to: Supervision of staff to ensure quality of food and service to all patients and customers using DHSS, JCAHO, HACCP and Trinity guidelines and policies.Scheduling, payroll, assisting management with paperwork and reporting.Assist and involved with employee disciplinary action.Ability to handle and respond to customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.Cash register control and money procurement, bank deposits and change orders.Training and development of employees.Responsible for departmental opening and closing procedures.Fill in and assist wherever needed in the absence of hourly employees.Minimum Qualifications:
2 Years college or equivalentAble to follow oral and written instructionsCustomer service orientedEffectively communicates with patients, customers, and staffAbility to do advanced mathAble to work with minimal supervision and aloneNeeds to be computer literate3-5 years' work experience in related fieldAbility to interact professionally with kitchen and supervisory staffMust have general working knowledge of therapeutic dietsWe offer a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits including:
