**Position Purpose:**
Trinity Health PACE is seeking a dedicated **Dietary Manager** to lead the daily operations of our Dietary Department. This vital role ensures high-quality meal preparation and service that meets participants’ nutritional needs while upholding the mission, values, and standards of Trinity Health.
**What You Will Do:**
+ Oversee kitchen operations including cleanliness, safety, portion control, and dietary compliance.
+ Supervise and support dietary staff through training, coaching, and performance management.
+ Collaborate with the Dietitian and Administration to plan menus, special functions, and catered events.
+ Manage food purchasing, inventory, and departmental budgeting.
+ Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations and uphold high standards of food safety and sanitation.
+ Promote a positive dining experience for program participants.
**Minimum Qualifications:**
+ High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's in Nutrition or related field preferred.
+ Minimum 5 years’ experience in food service within healthcare or hospitality.
+ ServSafe Certification (or ability to obtain within 3 months).
+ Supervisory experience and strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills required.
