services throughout the region caring for patients from birth through the end of lifeJob ResponsibilitiesObtains menu selections preferences and allergiesintolerances from patients of all age groups Ensures menus are accurate according to prescribed dietary order utilizing appropriate information systems and by communicating with dietitians food service associates cooks nursing staff and management regarding patientresident careObtains patient menu selections consistent with current diet order and any cultural or individualized requirements or requestsUtilizes all required computerized reports at each meal to check tray tickets before the meal service starts Makes corrections to tray tickets according to prescribed diet ordersObtains daily report of patientsresidents receiving nourishments tube feedings and supplements May assist in gathering andor delivering products as neededAssists with assembling and delivering patientresident mealsPerform other related duties
