All while understanding that **together** we are even better. **Schedule:** Part Time **Shift** : Days, 6a- 2:30p and/or 8a-4:30 and/or 12:30p-9p **The community you'll be caring for:** AdventHealth Daytona Beach - 301 MEMORIAL MEDICAL PKWY, Daytona Beach, 32117 **The role you'll contribute:** Under the direct supervision of the FANS director and management team, maintains sanitation of dish room area. Thoroughly cleans pots and pans in a 3-compartment sink. Sweep/mops kitchen areas. Operates dish cleaning machine. Returns clean dishes to proper area. Other duties upon necessity **The value you'll bring to the team:** + Maintains condition and cleaning of floors, dishroom equipment, potsink, work station and equipment used in performance of all duties. + Empties department trash cans and removes trash to the dock for compacting and placement in appropriate containers. + Drains and cleans dish machine at designated times. + Monitors and records dish machine temperatures at designated times, PSI and corrective actions on logs. + Monitors and records pot sink sanitation levels on log as indicated. + Participates in dish room duties of dumping, loading and unloading. + Washes pots and pans in 3 compartment sink as needed. + Uses cleaning chemicals correctly and in required concentrations. + Performs other duties as assigned in caf, catering, and/or production. **The expertise and experiences you'll need to succeed:** **Minimum qualifications** : + Able to communicate in English + Good customer service skills required **Preferred qualification:** + At least one year experience in food service experience in hospitality or healthcare industry.
