We want you to apply! **Job Summary and Qualifications** **· Must be able to understand spoken and written English and communicate in an English Response** **· Distributes and collects patient menus, assisting those who need help in making menu selections, reads menu to patient as needed.** **· Modifies menu choices as appropriate to the age of patient. Passes and picks-up patient trays in assigned areas, according to established procedures.** **· Assists in updating and maintaining clinical caudexes, meal count reports, forms, supplies, etc. appropriately. Inventories bulk nourishment needs on assigned nursing units, and assembles and delivers items needed.** **· Identifies role as a team member and works efficiently to achieve goals of team, department, and hospital. Demonstrates to patients, family members, physicians, and co-workers courtesy and caring through customer service skills.** **What qualifications you will need:** · Food Handlers Permit or ServSafe certification.
