We are seeking an energetic, highly motivated, and well organized, self-starter with strong commitment to safety Vehicle/Fleet Mechanic for our Conyers, GA location. This mechanic should be a strong teammate with ability to work well with fellow mechanics, drivers, and operations personnel.

The primary responsibilities will be to:

Perform preventative maintenance and repairs as necessary on trailers and tractorsDocument/record work performed electronically on the computerPerform road repairs when necessaryPerform cryogenic pump maintenancePerform electrical/electronic repairs and installs on tractors and trailersCalibrate pump discharge metersMinor welding and fabricating as requiredOn-the Job Training for specialized cryogenic systems

Qualifications:

High School diploma/equivalentClass A CDL preferred but not requiredAbility to drive a tractorStrong mechanical background, with above average computer experience/skillsEnergetic, highly motivated and well organized, self-starter with strong commitment to safetyStrong team player with ability to work well with fellow mechanics/drivers/operations personnelSolid work historyWelding knowledge and experienceElectrical troubleshooting skills on 12-volt DC circuitsDiesel engine troubleshooting and minor repair experienceThis is a safety sensitive position
