Eaton’s IS AER ITD division is currently seeking a Die Cast Lead.
**What you’ll do:**

• Plans organizes, directs and controls all the production activities to assure all customer requirements and expectations are meet as stated in our quality policy through the use and implementation of superior lean manufacturing processes. Plans and investigates to determine the effectiveness of manpower and projects labor and staffing needs, formulates and manages the department’s + QDIP’s objectives and the strategic action plans to achieve those objectives. Responsible for selecting, training, motivating and creating talent for promotion and succession planning as well as acting facilitator for the development of capable and focuses personnel.
Primary Responsibilities
• Manages through subordinate supervisors all production activities, including the application of kaizen knowledge of cell layout, lean conversion and tracking of hourly productivity measures in the star operation site.
• Manage day-to-day Operations optimizing the resources utilization while meeting the Operations objectives in term of delivery performance, quality and cost.
• Support the physical, organizational and material transformation per product value stream including as needed relocating material supply or manufacturing processes.
• Support cost reduction initiatives by developing key process expertise on our core technologies as well as investing on equipment and tooling.
• Support corporate goals and objectives by implementing and maintaining Policy Deployment improvement targets for the plant.
• Supervises and evaluates standard cell operating procedures designed to increase measured hourly production and quality of the product through superior one-piece flow process.
• Perform production plan.
• Perform metrics (High 5s) and update the site.
• Propose and implement improvements to the site and processes.
• Conduct training following Career path. Carrying out staff training.
• Coordinate repair and maintenance of machines, tools casting, molds,platting etc.
• Promote effective communication and teamwork. Make improvement to the tools to reduce the % rejection.
• Reduce and eliminate re-work caused in operations during the process.
**Qualifications:**
**Education/Previous Experience Requirements**
• Mechanical Engineer Degree or Similar Career..
• More than 5 years’ experience on Production, Die Cast processes and Personnel Management.
• CNC Machining experience
• Advanced English level.
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing system, tools like Kanban.
