**Manager, Merchandising Operations**
**What will you do?**
A day in the life of a Manager, Merchandising Operations at Dickies looks a little like this.
You’ll be the operational heartbeat of the Merchandising and broader Product teams—ensuring that timelines are met, systems are optimized, and cross-functional teams are aligned. You’ll be the conductor of the product creation train. This position reports to the Chief Merchandising Officer.
This role is responsible for driving operational excellence throughout the product creation calendar, leading key systems like FlexPLM and Power BI, and supporting deep dives into reports and special projects. You’ll bring rigor, clarity, and momentum to the merchandising engine.

+ _Process optimization and workflow management_
+ _Own the product creation calendar in partnership with Product Development, streamlining workflows to improve speed, clarity, and collaboration._
+ _Track and manage key milestones and deliverables across the merchandising timeline, ensuring teams stay on course._
+ _Facilitate calendar reviews and milestone check-ins to drive cross-functional accountability and readiness for GTM gates._
+ _Partner closely with Marketing Ops, GTM Ops, and Planning to ensure alignment and execution._
+ _Support the Chief Merchant with operational oversight, reporting, and project execution._
+ _Systems leadership_
+ _Serve as the business owner for FlexPLM—driving adoption, accuracy, training, and continuous improvement._
+ _Lead Power BI dashboard development and reporting tools to enable data-driven decision-making across product teams._
+ _Ensure data integrity and system hygiene across merchandising and development workflows._
+ _Strategic support_
+ _Support the Chief Merchant with ad hoc reporting, business analysis, and special projects_
**What do you need to succeed?**

Additionally, while formal education in a related field is great to have, we are most interested in your 5-7 years of experience and professional achievements.

+ _Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external partners._
+ _Knowledge of supply chain management and process optimization._
+ _Minimum of 5 years of experience in product operations, supply chain management, or a related field, preferably in the apparel or consumer goods industry._

**Hiring Range** **:**
$90,720.00 USD - $113,400.00 USD annually
**Incentive Potential** : This position is eligible for additional compensation awards that may include an annual incentive plan, sales incentive, or commission potential.
