Dickies: Demand Planner
Position Summary:
A day in the life of a Demand Planner at Dickies looks a little like this.
Reporting to the Manager of Demand Planning, the Demand Planner owns the Dickies Account Planning process end to end for specified channels/accounts. They will lead monthly demand planning activities which include building and analyzing forecasts, making recommendations, incorporating historical and market intelligence data into the current forecast. This includes leveraging the demand planning software to execute monthly plans. The Demand Planner consistently works cross functionally with commercial, sales operations, finance and inventory teams.

Develop strong collaborative internal and external account relationships to drive an accurate revenue signal to increase the service level to the retailer.Maintain Dickies internal financial forecast through the S&OP process. Participating with finance and sales in a collaborative process to align financial plan and sales forecast.Be the liaison between sales, finance, operations, supply planning, and merchandising to insure the overall execution.Incorporate point of sale data reports to read and react to consumer behavior.Manage account level plans by Style/color/size.Perform pre-season, in-season, and post-season analysis to identify opportunities and risks at the account/channel level.Provide input around key decisions related to drops, and in stock style positions regarding Supply Demand match. Partnering with Supply Planning to implement strategies and anticipate/mitigate opportunities and risks.Articulate key findings providing both qualitative and quantitative insights and participate in the resulting action plans to support revenue projections.Work on company metrics monthly/quarterly and annually.Utilize Continuous Improvement techniques for demand planning processes.Participate in communications and meetings, adding value to the Demand Plan.What do you need to succeed?

Hiring Range:
$75,168.00 USD - $93,960.00 USD annuallyIncentive Potential: This position is eligible for additional compensation awards that may include an annual incentive plan, sales incentive, or commission potential. Specific details of the additional compensation eligibility for this position will be provided during the recruiting and interview process.
