Coordinator, Digital Assets & Samples
What will you do?
As the Coordinator, Digital Assets & Samples at Dickies, you’ll be the go-to expert for managing our digital creative assets and physical product samples. You’ll ensure that assets are organized, accessible, and rights-cleared for global and regional teams through our Digital Asset Management (DAM) system. You’ll also maintain a well-organized inventory of physical samples to support marketing initiatives across the brand. This position reports to the Sr Manager, Marketing Operations.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives on organization, enjoys working cross-functionally, and is passionate about creative operations and digital tools.
Let’s break down a day-in-the-life a bit more:
Digital Asset Management (DAM):
Serve as the primary point of contact for all digital creative assets.
Tag, rename, resize, and upload assets for optimal organization and discoverability.
Ensure all assets have proper usage rights in collaboration with Legal and Production teams.
Support DAM users with file retrieval, troubleshooting, and rights management.
Onboard and train new users, manage access levels, and maintain a user-friendly interface.
Champion DAM best practices and drive adoption across departments.
Sample Management:
Coordinate the intake, organization, and tracking of physical product samples.
Partner with Product Design, Development, Merchandising, and Marketing teams to manage sample flow.
Maintain a clean, accessible, and well-documented sample library.
Continuous Improvement:
Stay current on industry trends and best practices.
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and user experience.
What do you need to succeed?
We all have unique skills that we bring to work and celebrate every day. For this role, there are foundation skills you’ll need to succeed and excel. Additionally, while formal education in a related field is great to have, we are most interested in your 1-2 years of experience and professional achievements.
The foundation skills you will need in this position are:
1+ years of experience in marketing, creative operations, or digital asset management.
Familiarity with DAM systems, metadata, and taxonomy.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Understanding of creative workflows and tools, including Adobe Creative Suite.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A proactive mindset and eagerness to learn new technologies.
There are also a few skills that are not required, but preferred:
Experience with Wrike, Figma, and Microsoft Office.
Exposure to DAM system implementation or migration projects.

Hiring Range:
$62,208.00 USD - $77,760.00 USD annuallyIncentive Potential: This position is eligible for additional compensation awards that may include an annual incentive plan, sales incentive, or commission potential.
