Our client, a leader in healthcare services, is seeking a Dialysis Registered Nurse to join their team. As a Dialysis Registered Nurse, you will be part of the patient care team supporting individuals with End Stage Kidney Disease (ESKD). The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a commitment to patient education, and the ability to work collaboratively, which will align successfully in the organization. This is a contract position, with an expected duration of 13 weeks, up to 26 weeks.

Location: Evansville, IN

Pay Range: Starting at $49/hr!

Shift: 8 hours per shift

What's the Job?

Participate in decision-making and quality improvement activities to enhance patient care outcomes. Perform systematic collection and analysis of patient data before, during, and after hemodialysis treatment. Provide education to patients and families regarding treatment options and care plans. Administer medications as prescribed and document their effectiveness. Serve as a resource for the healthcare team and assist in training new staff members.

What's Needed?

Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing. Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse. 1 year of Nephrology Nursing experience within the last two years. Chronic hemodialysis experience is required. Current CPR BLS Certification.
