The PositionRole Scope
Develop and execute Marketing plans, business strategies and marketing tactics across the Near Patient Care portfolio to maximize its commercial success.
Identify business opportunities and challenges in the market that addresses customer pain points
Maintain market intelligence, monitor and analyze product and competitors; and pivot market strategies where necessary.
Shape reimbursement policies and communicate the value of our product.
Influence lab and clinician behavior to drive adoption
Establish annual sales forecast and 3-year business planning for the products assigned in line with the developed strategies.
Identify executable strategies and translate them into concrete next steps that can be trialed with CST (Sales)
Explore and experiment with new innovative commercial business models to further support market development efforts
Organize and carry out marketing events to engage users, clinicians and other healthcare professionals.
Launch preparation fundamentals based on Launch Power House framework
Lead cross-functional teams to develop, execute and monitor product launch plan and key milestones, to ensure a successful product commercialization.
Ability to craft customer specific and compelling product messaging. Includes internal and external public communications on digital , in-person and paper channels
Clear price and product positioning in identified customer segments, with an understanding of the market dynamics and competitor landscape.
Ensure that all marketing materials (promotional content, product info, manuals, etc) are compliant with Roche and local regulatory requirements; and available for the CST (sales) team to promote the products effectively.
Work and prioritize registration requirements with QRA to ensure that requirements are met in regards to local registration, performance and evaluation.
Develop internal and external training plans and ensuring optimal training execution
Create and align on the go-to-market strategy with the commercial and support teams, including key performance indicators, segmentation, and account/customer targets.
Develop and engage Key Opinion Leaders (KOL) in relation to focus product portfolio and marketing initiatives, including healthcare professionals, professional societies, government officials, payers and patients.
Plan and execute effective product life-cycle management
Manage marketing and product notifications
Cross functional collaboration (CST, CSS, SPB&CE, SCM, QRA) during product version changes or phase-out. Understanding regulation update impact with QRA, including product in catalog and pricing, ensuring sufficient inventory with SCM, understanding customer impact and managing this process with CST
Product pricing management: List price and ASP management..
Work closely with Customer Service & Support (CSS) and Medical teams to ensure product related technical and medical issues are well handled
Enterprise thinking to work across product portfolios (e.g. between assays and systems, between Integrated Diagnostics Solutions, Clinical Diagnostics Solutions and Near Patient Care Solutions), and across cross functional teams to realize the commercial potential of the product portfolio.
Collaborate with regional and global counterparts to support the above activities.
Conduct business in full compliance to Behavior in Business and Behavior in Competition
Exhibit VACC leadership model.
Qualifications:
Good Compliance track record. No material Compliance violation is identified in the past 5 years
Education: University degree and above in Science, Marketing or Business Management is required
Working Experience:
More than 3 years experience in sales and/or marketing roles in healthcare related industries is required
Consistent track record of crafting value with and for customers and patients to craft the market and customers needs
Excellent in both written and spoken communication, analytical, data driven, possess strategic thinking, and is well versed in stakeholder partnerships.
Experience in a diverse and inclusive environment
Knowledge in the field of in-vitro diagnostics testing is a plus.
Understanding of Immunology Testing workflow and processes in the laboratory and of clinician is a plus.
Knowledge about medical aspects of IVD is a plus.
