Apply now for the Territory Manager position for the South Italy Territory (Campania, Calabria, Molise, Puglia, Basilicata, Sicilia). You will be responsible for managing the sales of our entire In Vivo Portfolio (MR, CT, MI, XP, AT). In this role, you will be supported by Portfolio Solutions Managers who will focus on their respective Business Lines and develop Go-to-Market strategies and marketing plans. You will report to the Head of Sales & Portfolio Solutions Management, Diagnostics Imaging & Advanced Therapies.

Your role:

You will be responsible for sales development in the assigned Territory and overall Diagnostic Imaging Portfolio related sales target achievement.You will ensure coverage of the Territory (direct/ indirect sales) according to the Country strategy, achieves targets (order & revenues) and SG&A company’s goals, aligned with forecast requirements.You will plan daily activities for C2 (LHU wide areas & community) and C4 (Small / Medium privates) opportunities development; in alignment with Strategic Account Managers, plans activities for C1 (Central Purchasing Centers) and C3 (Big Private Groups & Lab chains) opportunities development.You will grant achievement of CRM KPIs.You will manage and develop assigned direct and indirect resources.

Your expertise:

More than 5 years’ experience in sales roles, sales orientation with previous similar experience gained in Public and Private Customers while selling imaging medical equipment.Strong knowledge of the Diagnostic Imaging Market (essential).Bachelor’s degree in biomedical engineering or equivalent (preferred).Dynamic, self-starter with business drive and ability to achieve goals with minimal supervision.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Accurate in following company procedures.Ability to work cross-functionally to solve problems and implement changes.Proven ability to achieve high performance goals and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Willingness to travel frequently within assigned territories and nationally as needed.Fluent in English, both written and spoken.Good MS Office knowledge.

We will prefer candidates based in the South of Italy (preferably Campania area).
