Are you a skilled diagnostic technologist looking for an exciting full-time opportunity? We seek a dedicated professional to join our team, working Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 4:30 PM. This role requires travel to all NCPA facilities, offering a dynamic and varied work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Accreditation Support: Assist with accreditation responsibilities to ensure high standards. Quality Assurance: Oversee the tech quality assurance program, reviewing and updating protocols alongside or in place of lead technologists. Staff Training: Lead training sessions on new equipment and techniques and serve as a technical resource for daily operations. Continuing Education: Assist technologists with their continuing education needs and participate in staff annual performance reviews as a peer delegate. Research Collaboration: Collaborate with radiologists and researchers to identify new techniques and solve problems. Program Development: Create and implement new training programs and assist with the startup of new offsite locations. Comprehensive Role: Perform all responsibilities of Diagnostic Tech I and Advanced Diagnostic Tech II. Industry Standards: Attend advanced training sessions and seminars to stay current with industry standards and share knowledge with the team.
