In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

Execute D&G BU strategy and plans, achieving design in target of Dx portfolio and technology into customers kit development/optimization processes, tracking design in progress and win rateProspecting and qualifying specification opportunities to achieve design in and sales targetDevelop and optimize immunoassay protocols leveraging Dx portfolio, positioning Dx capability and technology to shorten customers’ validation period, improve win rate, reach design in target for assigned projectsAddress customer requirements, racking experimental results, provide customer high level technical application expertise to support customer to accelerate process developmentDevelop standard work of protocol database on key biomarkers with Dx portfolioSupport to deliver technical presentations, customer training and seminar speaking

The essential requirements of the job include

Excellent capability to identify critical process of immunoassay IVD kit, being able to develop optimization protocol, including raw material evaluation, Ab/Ag conjugation, reagent optimization and kit functional test. (Preferably in Chemiluminescence and lateral flow)Great leadership on developing Dx PD platform, project and database managementStrong enablement of delivering customized process development to strategic accounts to ensure afterwards validation and ramp upStrong problem-solving capability oriented with innovative and critical thinking, planning and interpersonal communication under teamworkGood team player with strategic thinking, self-motivation, being creative and result driven, being able to work under pressure with an optimistic attitude

Education and experience

Bachelor’s degree or above, Biochemistry, Immunology, Chemistry related major5 years’ R&D experience in immunoassay IVD kit development from Chemiluminescence and lateral flow, be familiar with raw material screening, validation and scale up, preferably in Magnetic beads and membraneWilling to travel (30%)

Be successfully developed over 3 immunoassay IVD kitGreat know-how on raw material manufacturing and validationExperience of IVD kit OEM service
