**Main responsibilities:**
Implements marketing strategy on a limited number of assigned brand(s) or product(s) or category(ies) within a geography. Is in charge of implementing customer/patient strategy for its brand. Job Family Group: Marketing - General
_1. Execute / implement national & regional marketing plans (weighting%:45%)_
_1) Efficacy \Quantity\Quality\Accurate coverage of depth customers_
_2)Effective and accurate resources allocation through close collaboration and communication with CMKT_
_3) Train regional sales force_
_4) Support in promotional tool development ( DA, gimmicks, slide kits,etc) propose region specific promotional materials,if appropriate_
_5) Product specific regional sales and A&P budget_
_6) Organize regioanl activities (CME programs, symposia , etc.)_
_7) Attend regional sales weekly meetings_
_2. KOLs management(weighting%: 35%)_
_1) KOLs personalized platform build up_
_2)Providing meaningful and consistent insights to optimize KOL engagement and speaker development strategies_
_3)KOLs list maintenance and organize routine X-functional team review_
_4)KOLs coverage as speaker usage_
_5) Advocacy of DUPI as first-line choice in any omni-channel of sanofi_
_3. Participate in national marketing plan development (weighting%: 5%)_
_1) Participate in annual long range strategic planning ( 3-year plan)_
_2) Participate in annual marketing tactical budget plan ( 1-year plan)_
_4. Develop area marketing plans_
_1) Propose regional tactical cycleplans ( 4 times per year)_
_2) Report local market info to central ( on a monthly basis)_
_5. Regional brand management_
_1) Organize Brand Champion_
_2) Paticipate brand team, Implement\tracking activities implementation; provide the required data and insight for brand plan_
_6. Regional market intelligence_
_About you_
Education:College Degree or Above
Experience & knowledge:At least 3 years with pharmaceutical industry;At least 1 years sales force management experience;Industry/product knowledge
Core competencies:Good marketing planning skills;Good project management skills;Good KOLs management skills;Good selling skills;Good interpersonal skills
