Dubai Asset Management maintains a substantial presence in Dubai with a leasing portfolio of 15 distinct residential communities, elevating the city’s global recognition as one of the most desirable and liveable destinations worldwide. **About the Job:** An opportunity has arisen for a Senior Executive Facility Managment to join **Dubai Holding Asset Management** . The main duties and responsibilities of this role: **Budgeting Support** + Support the Manager in preparing yearly Opex and Capex budget and help in coordination with business units. + Responsible for the reviewing quotations and confirmation of WCRs for managers’ approval. **FM Operations** + Manage and control processes and procedures related with DHAM leasable units such as existing property unit’s category change, new unit creation, taking over new building and coordinate with relevant stakeholders to verify the construction as-built drawings and updated building drawings, upgrade the existing database / CRM. + Manage and control process related with the inventory management of properties, property units and their classifications. + Oversee the CAD function to ensure that FM services have accurate and complete details on engineering drawings, standards and specifications. + Responsible for the timely and accurate CRM system data input which includes CAD drawings, completion certificates, update unit fit out status, DEWA / electrical load details, unit categories details etc. + Identify process gaps and opportunities for process enhancement/automation/self-service and work with Group IT to improve systems accordingly. + Provide CRM data and reports as required on a regular or ad-hoc basis. Prepare dashboards and presentations based on CRM data as necessary. + Coordinate with Facilities management Operation team and conduct the required feasibility study for property unit category change, merging or splitting of property units and ensure the same update update CRM data. + Conduct site visit to measure the area of property units, validate the property unit area and update CRM as and when requested. + Assign third party surveyor to carry out area measurements and coordination with DDA for obtaining stamped drawings. + Carry out area validation as per internal stakeholder’s request. + Review and approve the requests on CRM related to Property Unit Takeover / Handover. **Service Provider Management** + Maintain effective communication with suppliers, business departments and clients and provide active support in the delivery of services by suppliers as per SLAs and QHSE standards. + Manage all fixed contracts such as Fixed FM contracts, STP maintenance, Landscaping, FM infrastructure contracts. + Maintain effective communication with suppliers, business departments and clients and provide active support in the delivery of services by suppliers as per SLAs and QHSE standards. + Manage all fixed contracts such as Fixed FM contracts, STP maintenance, Landscaping, FM infrastructure contracts. **Inter Department Coordination** + Support the business development team in timely resolution of their queries related to facilities management in coordination with applicable internal departments. + Liaise with procurement department during the tendering process and support the Manager in reviewing vendor responses and issuing GRNs. + Conduct monthly meetings and manage relations with HSE, Security, MM, RDD and contractors to assess the Business partners’ requirements etc. **About you:** The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications: + Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Facilities Management. + A professional qualification in real estate and / or facilities management (IWFM) or equivalent is desirable + Minimum 5 years’ experience in facilities management (Mandatory Infrastructure experience 3 years). + Middle East Master community experience is preferred **About the Benefits:** At Dubai Holding, we're committed to nurturing the success and well-being of our colleagues.
