Role Summary\:

The DGM/Senior Manager will serve as a subject matter expert, playing a pivotal role in business development and strategic consulting, while delivering end-to-end solutions. The individual will collaborate with clients to assess their existing infrastructure, design optimized automation solutions, and integrate advanced HVAC, BMS, PLC, and SCADA systems to enhance operational efficiency. This role requires a blend of technical knowledge, strategic thinking, and project leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities\:

Business Development\: Achieve a sales target of INR 5-7 Crores across PAN India.Strategic Consulting\: Conduct technical assessments and provide advisory services on HVAC, BMS, SCADA, and PLC systems for industrial clients.System Architecture & Design\: Develop and implement advanced automation solutions, ensuring the seamless integration of BMS, SCADA, and HVAC control systems.Energy Optimization & Management\: Design and execute smart energy management strategies using IoT-enabled BMS and automation solutions.Project Execution & Leadership\: Oversee the complete project lifecycle, from feasibility studies to commissioning, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.Industrial Automation Implementation\: Provide hands-on expertise in PLC programming, SCADA visualization, and system commissioning.Industry Standards & Compliance\: Ensure adherence to relevant industry standards, safety regulations, and energy efficiency guidelines.Client Relationship Management\: Engage with key stakeholders to understand business needs, develop tailored asset management strategies, and cultivate long-term partnerships.Continuous Improvement & Innovation\: Stay updated on emerging technologies in digital automation, industrial IoT, and smart building systems to drive innovation.
