Roles and Responsibilities:
Review & finalize detailed execution plan & schedule.
Monitoring and coordinating for equipment procurement and ensuring availability of material on-time
Planning and finalizing and monitoring erection scheme and alignment of equipment
Coordination with respective departments for pre erection activities and readiness
Vendor representative co-ordination for mechanical works.
Establish and maintain MIS for Management reporting.
Planning and Execution of Heavy Lift Strategy along with ODC Movement, P&M faciltation , Lifting Plan etc
Study of package MDB and catalogue.
Attending progress review meetings
Weekly, monthly Meeting with contractors
Educational Qualification:
Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, or a related area, with a Master's degree preferred.
Experiences: Minimum experience: 15-20 years.
Expertise in handling equipment erection and alignment
Experience of dealing with multiple stakeholders (Internal and External) and conducting negotiations with large-scale. high-value vendors
