Airtel B2B business is evolving from selling through a product-based approach to a solution selling model. In enterprise and government, this shift will also require us to build strategic alliances to co-develop solutions with key consulting partners like McKinsey, Big-4, and others. Once these solutions are developed, the GTM for these must be enabled through our KAMs and our partners
This role will be responsible for
Identifying and developing partner GTM - to begin with Government and PSU vertical. Co-creating solutions - Working with internal product and BSG team, she must co-create solutions with a consulting point of view which will solve interesting problems by vertical. Leveraging outside partners to create solutions - She will also have to work with external consultants to identify critical solutions to meet our government customers.
