The DFC Collateral Supervisor is an integral member of the Collateral Management team and will contribute to the efficient and effective workings of all team functions by executing daily tasks with strong attention to detail, leading the recovery team through communication to achieve department goals and objectives. This person will coach, mentor, and resolve any issues related to the Collateral Management team’s members ensuring the overall success of the company.

The DFC Collateral Supervisor reports to the DFC Collateral Manager.

Location: Tigard, OR (Hybrid) or Medford, OR (Hybrid)

Responsibilities

Maintaining and developing relationships with 3rd party vendors such as repossession agentsUnderstand company and department goals, and effectively communicate goals to team membersEnsure team is meeting performance expectations and hold team members accountableManage team resources to meet department month end and year end deadlinesHandle routine work dilemmas independently and raise issues with manager when necessaryRecognize customer needs and provide a high level of customer serviceSeek continuous improvement; encourage ideas to improve processesProvide direction and support to team members and provide honest feedbackMaintain positive cross-departmental relationshipsOther duties as assigned

Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree preferredMinimum 2 years of supervisory or leadership experienceKnowledge of asset recovery preferredStrong attention to detailSense of urgencyExcellent communicationPC skills including knowledge and use of MS Office (Excel, Word, Windows, etc.)
