As the DevOps Lead, you will take charge of building, leading, and mentoring a team of DevOps engineers while driving the development of scalable and reliable CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure. What you'll actually do:

Lead and grow a team of DevOps engineers (hiring, mentoring, setting direction)Design and maintain secure, scalable CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps)Manage infrastructure in cloud (Azure / AWS) using IaC (Soltstack/Terraform, ARM,, etc.)Run container platforms – mostly Kubernetes, some DockerCollaborate with engineering teams to unblock delivery and automate workflowsImprove monitoring, alerting, and system reliabilityStay current with tooling, trends, and security best practices – and bring them into production
