Role:Dev Ops SpecialistExperience8-10 yearsResponsibilities• Work directly with the DevOps team and Senior DevOps manager to test system integrity• Create software deployment strategies that are essential for the successful deployment of software in the work environment. • Identify and implement data storage methods like clustering to improve the performance of the team• Experience in building and deploying Build Chains with CI/CD Pipelines for Dev, Pre-Prod or playground, and Production environments. • stay abreast of industry trends and best practices. They conduct research, tests, and execute new techniques which could be reused and applied to the software development project• design, build, and optimize automation systems that help to execute business web and data infrastructure platforms.• Provision the deployment infrastructure and create various config for automated deployment, including knowledge of pushing the Mobile Apps to respective application stores.• create technology infrastructure, automation tools, and maintain configuration management. They are accountable for conducting training sessions for the juniors in the team, and other groups regarding how to build processes wherein the dependencies are showcased in the code. • Hands-on public Cloud experience - AWS, Google Cloud, and/or Azure (multi-cloud preferred). Prefer industry certification (e.g. AWS Certified DevOps / Solutions Architect)• Monitoring infrastructure and Alerts tracking software configuration experience.• Experience with Jenkins and Build systems on Linux and Windows• Handle code deployments in all environments.• Provide technical guidance and educate team members and coworkers on development and operations• Brainstorm for new ideas and ways to improve development delivery• Consult with peers for feedback during testing stages• Build, maintain, and monitor configuration standards• Document and design various processes; update existing processes• Improve infrastructure development and application development• Follow all best practices and procedures as established by the company
Candidate Profile• Bachelor’s degree in CS, engineering, software engineering, or related field• Minimum 5 years’ experience in development and operations, or related IT, computer, or operations field• Experience with Linux infrastructures, database SQL (MS SQL), CI/CD tools, scripting such as JavaScript, PHP, Python, Perl, Ruby, .NET, Scrum/Kanban/SAFe, Agile workflow methodologies• essential to have sound knowledge of cloud infrastructure. AWS has a high number of in-built web services• Should possess knowledge of fundamental Unix/Linux, monitoring, editing, and command-based tools is essential.• Good interpersonal skills and communication with all levels of management
