a DevOps Technical Lead to join our team at VOIS, taking on a leading role in a fast-paced environment. This individual will work as a Technical Lead and serve as a mentor to a team of DevOps engineers, fostering collaboration and high performance.
What you’ll do Develop and maintain pipeline configurations.Create and optimize efficient and user-friendly workflows/pipelines for software developers.Build code delivery pipelines that includes code quality and security and automate everything that can be done around software delivery.Add robust monitoring, alerting and logging.Help project teams build applications that are reliable and meet performance metricsMeasure and track performance for the development team (code churn, coverage , deployment size , pull request size, deployment frequencies , etc..)Bring a software engineering mindset to infrastructure creation and management, while applying the best operational views to ensure security, scalability and complianceDevelop policies, standards, guidelines, governance and related guidance for both CI/CD operations and for work of developers.On-board, train and support developers from source control, through build automation, merge resolution, CI, test automation, deployment based on tools usage and policies, standards.Enable DevOps by moving code from Dev/ Test to Staging and Production. Troubleshoot issues along the CI/CD pipeline.Automate manual tasks and ensure maintainability and convenience for the entire software development cycle. Must have technical / professional qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science,Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or related field. 5 years & up to 10 years in DevOps is a must1 year as a Lead and mentor a team of DevOps engineers, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment. Experience with Docker, Kubernetes and Helm and Hands-on experience with Istio. Strong familiarity with Jenkins and GitHub Actions for automating workflows and CI/CD processes.What's in it for you
