The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting up and maintaining CI/CD pipelines, managing version control using Git, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth and reliable deployments. Requirements: + Design, configure, and maintain Azure DevOps pipelines for Salesforce deployments. + Manage and deploy Salesforce metadata using best practices and automation tools. + Implement and maintain version control strategies using Git. + Collaborate with development, QA, and release teams to coordinate deployment activities. + Automate deployment processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual errors. + Monitor and troubleshoot pipeline issues and deployment failures. + Maintain clear documentation for deployment processes and configurations. + Proven experience with Azure DevOps, especially in pipeline setup and management. + Strong understanding of Salesforce metadata structure and deployment tools (e.g., SFDX, Metadata API). + Proficiency in Git for version control, including branching, merging, and conflict resolution. + Familiarity with version control workflows (e.g., GitFlow). + Ability to work independently and coordinate with distributed teams. + Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. + Knowledge of CI/CD best practices in a Salesforce environment. + Experience with Salesforce DX and scratch orgs. + Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.
