The Role

Building, migrating, deploying, updating and maintaining scalable solutions based on RedHat OpenShift

Providing support during  critical situation and incident management, effectively support troubleshooting and ensuring platform stability

Managing clusters, automating processes and performance optimization

Lead technical discussions across teams and with clients

Support 24/7 operations and implement monitoring, backup, and patching strategies

Design, deploy, and maintain scalable solutions on Red Hat OpenShiftLead technical discussions across teams and with clientsManage clusters, automate processes, and optimize performanceSupport 24/7 operations and implement monitoring, backup, and patching strategies

Who You Are

Key skills 

1+ year hands-on experience with OpenShift and Kubernetes, a strong background with Kubernetes is a major plus 

Strong background in GitOps, scripting (e.g., Bash, Python, Go), and automation

Familiarity with Red Hat tools (Ansible, RH Application Runtimes)

Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and hybrid environments

DevOps mindset and problem-solving skills

Certifications like Red Hat Certified OpenShift Administrator or CKA are a plus

Fluent English

Bonus Skills: 

Kafka, Elastic, network configuration, LDAP integration

Monitoring tools and log/event management

Strong communication and collaboration in fast-paced environments

Attention to detail and a proactive approach.
