Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Engineering Manager to lead a small team of engineers in the areas of DevOps, server administration, and data engineering. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in Linux, AWS, Python, and SQL, along with proven experience in managing and mentoring team members. Exposure to geospatial technologies, FME, and Tableau is a plus.

 

Lead and manage a team of 2–3 engineers, providing technical guidance, mentorship, and performance management.Oversee the administration and optimization of Linux-based servers and AWS infrastructure.Drive DevOps best practices including CI/CD, infrastructure as code, and monitoring.Design and implement robust data pipelines using Python and SQL.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and secure solutions.Ensure high availability, performance, and security of systems and applications.Contribute to architectural decisions and strategic planning.Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends. Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.8–12 years of relevant experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial or lead role.Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
