**_This position follows our hybrid workstyle policy: Expected to be in a Raymond James office location a minimum of 10-12 days a month._** **_Please note: This role is not eligible for immigration_** **_Work Visa_** **_sponsorship, either currently or in the future._** **What You’ll Do:** + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to automate and optimize software delivery. + Build and maintain internal tools and integrations using Java. + Support and troubleshoot .NET build and deployment pipelines. + Design and enhance CI/CD pipelines. + Monitor deployments using automated testing and quality gates. + Participate in a rotating on-call schedule (once every 7 weeks; minimal after-hours support). **Requirements:** + 3+ Years experience in DevOps, CI/CD, or build/release engineering + Experience with .NET build tools (MSBuild, NuGet, .NET CLI) + Experience with Java for backend development and pipeline integration + Experience with Jenkins (Groovy a plus) + Solid understanding of Git and source control strategies + Excellent troubleshooting skills for build and deployment issues + Comfortable working in a hybrid environment + Willingness to participate in a rotating on-call schedule **Bonus Skills:** + Experience with Azure DevOps Server, SonarQube, and CI/CD metrics tools + Exposure to cloud-native deployments (Azure, AWS) + Familiarity with JavaScript frameworks (e.g., Angular) + Scripting skills in PowerShell, Bash, or Python + Experience in regulated or enterprise environments + Strong communication and collaboration skills + Eagerness to learn and share knowledge **Why Join Raymond James?** As a DevOps Engineer at Raymond James, you’ll play a key role in modernizing and optimizing how software is built, tested, and deployed.
