Your ability to accelerate impact and make meaningful change for your clients is enabled by our strategic partner ecosystem and our robust technology platforms across the IBM portfolio **Your role and responsibilities** • Maintain, run, and continuously improve our highly available and scalable infrastructure  • Optimize and improve the automation of existing workflows  • Secure the stability of the mission-critical systems  • Offer innovative solutions for the deployment, operation, and monitoring of the entire system  • Collaborate with an international, self-responsible, and agile team that is working with the newest toolset  **Required technical and professional expertise** Required Technical and Professional Expertise  • Strong experience with CI/CD tools, specifically Jenkins, and scripting with Groovy, Bash, and Python. • In-depth knowledge of AWS cloud services and hands-on experience with Terraform for infrastructure provisioning and management. • Proven experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and Helm for containerization and orchestration. • Good understanding of network concepts and protocols  • Experience with monitoring tools such as New Relic, Grafana, and Prometheus for real-time monitoring and alerting. • Expertise in configuration management using Ansible (or other tools such as Puppet or Chef). • Strong problem-solving skills and experience with debugging and resolving infrastructure issues. • Familiarity with version control systems such as BitBucket. • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, agile environment. • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. **Preferred technical and professional experience** • Excellent communication and collaboration skills • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills • Strong communication skills and can work in a complex set of stakeholders • Has a proactive attitude and can drive things forward, taking responsibility for the tasks end-to-end • Has a hands-on attitude and can drive topics in a responsible manner end-to-end IBM is committed to creating a diverse environment and is proud to be an equal-opportunity employer.
