DevOps Engineer - Product Delivery

You will collaborate with engineers across development and support teams to streamline software delivery, integrate partner technologies, and automate custom environments deployed globally. **In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:** + Streamlining cross-team collaboration between Product Development and Product Support to uphold post-release quality. + Supporting product orchestration activities that directly enable customer site commissioning and deployment readiness. + Managing partner software and hardware qualification, ensuring compatibility and smooth integration with our platforms. + Building and maintaining custom environments, including demo systems and virtualized setups that drive DeltaV product expansion. + Acting as the first-level escalation point for technical support involving product-specific usage and platform operations. + Automating production systems and tooling to improve reliability, consistency, and deployment efficiency. + Maintaining infrastructure health and security by monitoring, recommending upgrades, and managing critical software lifecycle. + Qualifying security patches for supported product versions and proactively identifying and resolving software vulnerabilities. **Who You Are** : You anticipate the impact of emerging technologies and make adjustments. You learn quickly when facing new situations. **For This Role, You Will Need:** + Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or any related field. + Strong experience in automated deployment and integration techniques, tools, and processes. + Proficiency in programming/scripting languages like C#, PowerShell, Python, Bash, or Java. + Solid grasp of CI/CD tools and practices, including Git, TFS, Ansible, Docker, and Visual Studio. + Experience across multiple operating systems (Windows, Linux) and networking environments. + Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. + Capable of navigating sophisticated system issues and adapting to dynamic, evolving work environments. + Strong communication skills for working across local and international teams. + Open to fresh graduates with outstanding academic achievement. **Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:** + Familiarity with .NET Core (C#) and proven understanding of Python. + Hands-on experience with cloud platforms like Azure, AWS, or GCP. + Background in software development technologies (.NET Core, React, Vue, TypeScript, REST, JSON, iOS/Android). + Experience implementing containerization with Docker. + Exposure to AI-assisted development tools like GitHub Copilot. + Experience in test automation, test-driven development (TDD), or using frameworks for automated testing. + Experience with hardware/network setup and system-level troubleshooting skills. **Our Culture & Commitment to You:** At Emerson, we prioritize a workplace where every employee is valued, respected, and empowered to grow.
