You will collaborate with engineers across development and support teams to streamline software delivery, integrate partner technologies, and automate custom environments deployed globally. **In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:** + Streamlining cross-team collaboration between Product Development and Product Support to uphold post-release quality. + Supporting product orchestration activities that directly enable customer site commissioning and deployment readiness. + Managing partner software and hardware qualification, ensuring compatibility and smooth integration with our platforms. + Building and maintaining custom environments, including demo systems and virtualized setups that drive DeltaV product expansion. + Acting as the first-level escalation point for technical support involving product-specific usage and platform operations. + Automating production systems and tooling to improve reliability, consistency, and deployment efficiency. + Maintaining infrastructure health and security by monitoring, recommending upgrades, and managing critical software lifecycle. + Qualifying security patches for supported product versions and proactively identifying and resolving software vulnerabilities. **Who You Are** : You anticipate the impact of emerging technologies and make adjustments.
