• As DevOps Engineer you have strong skills and hands-on experience in Linux server administration.

• You have advanced knowledge of Kafka / Big Data / Distributed Computing concepts.

• Optionally you have additional skills and experience in programming like Python and automation tools (like Ansible

and Jenkins).

• You will take over 24x7 on-call duties during weekends at most once every two months.

• Learning new, exciting and future proof Big Data, streaming, cloud, AI and automation technologies keeps you

excited.

• Working in an international team with colleagues in Germany, China, North America and India is a lot of fun for you

• Education: completed university studies (bachelor's or master's degree/diploma/PhD) in Computer Science,

Information Technology, Engineering or a comparable subject

• Personality: team player, communicative, coordinative, willingness to take over responsibilities and to proactively

drive activities

• Experience and Knowledge: strong skills and hands-on experience in Linux server administration. Optional skills

and experience in automation tools (like Ansible), programming (like Python, Bash, Java), version control systems

(like Git), CI/CD pipeline tools (like Jenkins)

• Languages: strong communication skills in written and spoken English

• Working Practice: analytical and result-oriented
