DevOps Engineer - Crew Access Team
About This Role We are looking for a DevOps Engineer to support and enhance our development and test environments. This role requires close collaboration with engineering teams to ensure smooth CI/CD processes, infrastructure reliability, and scalable cloud-based solutions. The ideal candidate will be proactive, communicative, and passionate about automation and cloud technologies. Key Responsibilities + Maintain and optimise development and test environments to support continuous integration and delivery. + Collaborate closely with development and QA teams to streamline workflows and resolve environment-related issues. + Design and manage CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions. + Build and maintain infrastructure on AWS using Infrastructure as Code ( IaC ) tools. + Monitor system performance, availability, and security across environments. + Document processes and contribute to internal knowledge sharing. Required Skills + We’re looking for someone who is self-reliant, proactive, and able to stay focused and effective in high-pressure situations. + Solid experience with scripting and troubleshooting in Linux-based systems is essential for this role. + Hands-on experience with AWS services (e.g., EC2, S3, RDS, IAM, CloudFormation). + Proficiency in CI/CD automation (e.g. GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps). + Familiarity with containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes). + Excellent communication and teamwork skills. + Fluent in English. Preferred Qualifications + Experience working in a cross-functional agile team. + Knowledge of monitoring tools (e.g., CloudWatch, Grafana, Prometheus). + Background in managing test environments and release pipelines. + Familiarity with OpenShift, ArgoCD , Terraform, and Ansible is a nice-to-have.
