As a DevOps Engineer, you will be at the center of this journey! You will configure and maintain operations of our critical lifecycle and testing tools - like Figma, TestSigma, qTest, API testing tool, Quality Center etc., which are serving thousands of engineering and management colleagues within the company. You will ensure that users have a smooth experience and can effectively utilize the tools. You will work with a team of highly skilled and engaged colleagues in multiple locations, bring new automation ideas to life and find ways how we can continuously bring more resiliency, scalability, and security into our services.
Major responsibilities:
Service management: Responsible for overseeing the overall performance and health of the service, ensuring it meets user needs and business objectives.System Administration: Monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, and apply updates, and contribute to the further development of our suite of tools, including the on-call support.User Management: Create and manage user accounts and permissions.System configurations: Support users with the application configurations.Integration Management: Integrate the supported tools with other tools and applications.Resource Management: Manage licenses and track usage metrics for reporting.Training and Support: Provide user training and create documentation.Migration support: Supporting the cloud migration activities.Feedback and Improvement: Gather user feedback and implement enhancements.Best Practices: Promote best practices and ensure compliance with policies.Ready to embark on the journey? As a DevOps Engineer, having strong technical background, experience with administration of at least one of the above listed applications, application support or infrastructure support is a huge plus.
You have can-do attitude, open mindset, you are able to work independently, prioritize and organize your tasks. Working in a multinational environment, you can expect cross-region collaboration with teams around the globe, thus being advanced in spoken and written English will be certainly useful.
