In this exciting role, you'll be our on-the-ground problem-solver, traveling between stores in the Victor area to diagnose, repair, and support a variety of tech devices. What you'll do:

Be a Tech Hero on the Go: Travel daily in your personal vehicle to different retail locations within a 30-mile radius, providing essential repair services.

Master of Mobile Repair: Efficiently diagnose and repair a wide range of devices, ensuring top-notch quality and customer satisfaction.

What you'll bring to the team:

A passion for helping people and a proven track record (1+ year) in customer service or retail sales.

Bonus points if you have hands-on experience (6+ months preferred) in product service support and technology repair.

A solid understanding of mobile devices and their operating systems.

The flexibility to work a retail schedule that includes weekends and holidays.

A clean background (successful completion of criminal and drug test).

Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

A valid driver's license, a satisfactory driving record, and at least 1 year of driving experience.

Reliable personal vehicle for daily travel within the designated area.
