This role will play a critical role in supporting our engineering efforts and bring our streaming services through a wide range of devices and platforms. This role is ideal for someone who loves working with hardware, creating efficient systems, and brings a detail-oriented mindset to asset management and logistics. You'll support the engineering team by managing device inventories, maintaining lab equipment, and helping the team stay organized and productive. This person should have great communication and a curious and craftsmanship attitude. Skills and Requirements - 4 + years of experience in a technical engineering / device management role - Experience with asset management tracking, auditing, and managing inventory while using systems and ticketing systems Jira & Asset Panda - Experience setting up and maintaining hardware test areas, device carts and lab infrastructure Power source, network setup and configuration - Experience handling domestic and international shipping logistics and external vendor communication - Experience working with consumer electronics and connected deices- Smartphones, Tablets, game consoles, streaming devices, SmartTVS -Basic scripting or automation knowledge - Python, Bash -Experience with network setup and device provisioning in a development environment null We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
