We're seeking someone to join our Treasury Planning & Capital Tech team as a Development Team Lead in Finance Technology to lead a global team that is responsible for the development of a new application using Java, Python and Angular. The new application will be used for reporting and analytics as well as for financial planning activities.

This is a Software Engineering position at Vice-President level, which is part of the job family responsible for developing and maintaining software solutions that support business needs.

What you’ll do in the role:

Be responsible for the entire Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

Build internal networks, both with the business and other technology teams.

Own changes all the way from inception to deployment in production and implement new functionalities.

Use experience in Test-Driven Development (TDD) and best practices to identify process gaps or areas for improvement with a constant focus on scalability and stability.

Communicate across various regional teams.

What you’ll bring to the role:

Experience in managing team and team deliverables.

Experience in coordinating with stakeholders to meet project milestones.

Good communication skills and experience working with global teams

6+ years of experience in developing application using Java/Python or Angular technologies.

Experience in test tools like Junit, JBehave, Concordian etc.

Good knowledge of Bitbucket, Git, Jenkins.

Strong understanding of SDLC methodologies with a track record of high-quality deliverables.
